COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS MANAGER

The Leeton Group are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic commercial professional who can demonstrate cradle to grave commercial expertise to work for a service provider with an excellent customer service reputation.

The Commercial Contracts Manager will provide delivery of sales growth for our Interior Fit Out Division by identifying and prioritising new opportunities whilst maintaining existing key customers.

The role will involve various refurbishment schemes for a range of customers in both Commercial and Industrial sectors. You should be able to demonstrate management of external and internal teams including planning, programming and estimating skills.

This is a demanding role, therefore the successful candidate will need to be bright, energetic, hardworking, be self-motivated, dedicated and able to take the initiative and work autonomously.

Key responsibilities would include:

Provide strategic direction to the Interior Fit Out Division to maximise business opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with key customers.
Manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner.
To take the initial enquiry from the customer, assist with producing a quotation for the project, liaising with other team members and departments within our group.
Produce risk assessments/method statements
Allocate the workload accordingly, meeting customer deadlines and maintaining standards and quality of workmanship at all times.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will need to possess excellent financial awareness and budget management, deliver strong customer service as well as demonstrating good delegation, negotiation and problem solving skills.

The successful candidate should have exceptional leadership and commercial business skills.
A passion and commitment to the role and the work the Group undertakes is vital, with loyalty and integrity essential characteristics.
